Courchevel ski apartments

Courchevel is part of the famous 3 Valleys ski area., along with Meribel, Mottaret,  La Tania , Les Menuires and Val Thorens.
There are  650 km of pistes, catering for all levels of ability from absolute beginners to the expert.
It vies with the Portes du Soleil for the title of the largest interlinked ski area.
Courchevel itself has some of the best wide tree lined pistes that are north facing and keep their snow.. The lift system is modern and constantly being updated and piste grooming is good, with the 3 Vallees professionals training their  North American colleagues.
Courchevel itself is split into 5 different areas.
Courchevel 1650 is becoming one of the more favoured of the Courchevel villages.
It has a  separate ski area which tends to be much quieter than the higher slopes around 1850 and has a large proportion of blue and green runs - ideal for beginners and intermediates.  There are 3 lifts from Courchevel 1650, giving access to wide slopes and access to the other Courchevel villages and the rest of the 3 Valleys. There are British and French ski schools operating out of Courchevel 1650 which we can help you book. As an added extra there is  evening skiing on the floodlit slope above the village every day until 7pm - free with a valid lift pass.
Courchevel 1650 has a good selection of shops, some excellent restaurants (notably Le Petit Savoyard, L'Eterlou and Montagne) and some lively bars – all with the reputation of being friendlier and much more affordable than places in Courchevel 1850.
A covered escalator links the chalets in the lower tier of the village to the main street and lift station, and to the new water sports complex.
